Dakshin Drifters – Booking, Cancellation & Travel Guidelines. Please read these guidelines carefully before booking.
Booking & Payment Policy
- Seats can be reserved by paying the required advance amount or full trip amount.
- Remaining balance must be paid before the departure deadline communicated by Dakshin Drifters.
- Failure to clear pending dues may lead to automatic cancellation.
- Booking confirmation is provided only after advance payment.
- Pending payments must use approved UPI or bank transfer methods. Transaction charges are borne by the traveler.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation within 48 hours of departure is not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before departure carries 50% cancellation charges.
- No refund applies to no-shows, late arrivals, missed pickups or voluntary withdrawal.
- Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period.
- If Dakshin Drifters cancels due to operations, insufficient bookings, calamity or government restrictions, travelers receive a full refund or date transfer option.
Travel Guidelines
- Come with an open mindset and respect fellow travelers.
- Follow reporting, pickup and departure timings.
- Rooms may be allotted on a sharing basis and seats are first-come, first-served.
- Weather, traffic, government restrictions and local regulations may require itinerary changes.
- Misbehavior that affects the group may result in removal from activities without refund.
